Lindell is a Registered Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga (RYT 200) and in Yin Yoga (RYT 200). She continues to learn and grow through training, in Prana Flow (37 hrs), Myofascial Release (65 hrs) and chakra meditation (20 hrs) recently.Â (Yoga Alliance)
Lindell discovered yoga as a kid, flipping through her parents' yoga books and trying out the postures. During 12 years she enjoyed classical dance classes.
After moving with her partner and 2 small children from Belgium to Brasil, yoga practice represented her steadfast.
Back in Belgium after 5 years, she enrolled in a 200 hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with YogaLife Belgium. She met Joe Barnett during a Fundamentals Yin Yoga Training (30 hrs) in Brussels. Interested to incorporate the yin approach in her teachings, she completed 200 hours of Yin Yoga Training with Joe Barnett andÂ Jo Phee. During that training she deepened her knowledge of anatomy and was introduced to pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as Five Elements Theory and Meridians.
Lindell keeps learning from teachers who inspire her, recently training with Shiva Rea, Jo Phee and Joe Barnett. SheÂ is passionate about yoga and loves to share her practice and knowledge.
